Ca dal Pum is a farm founded by Alberto and Alessandra, who chose to grow blueberries in a traditionally wine-growing area, finding success in the acidic soil of the Zimone plateau. Since 2022, Simone, a farmer and artisan, has taken over the farm, aiming to combine daily life and business. Currently, CadalPum produces blueberries and other small fruits, turning them into compotes, sauces and juices, all without the use of chemicals and manually. The farm also serves as a place to meet and exchange experiences, hosting volunteers through the Wwoof platform.
