Oropa cycle path - Serra route

CVOS Oropa cycle path - Serra route, from Santhià to Oropa, is a fully tracked ring path, equipped with signage and reception facilities.

The itinerary links the Santhià railway station to the Sanctuary of Oropa in a path that after crossing the agricultural plain and the woods of the Serra morenica reaches the Biellese Alps. On the return closes the ring by passing from Biella and the Natural Reserve of the Bessa.

The cycling paath can be travelled in two, three or four stages and, being a ring, there is no place of departure and compelling arrival, leaving complete freedom to those who want to discover the territory. This also allows you to start directly from the rental point so if you have to rent a bike we first recommend you to book it to then modulate your trip as a function of your starting point.

For most of the journey you go to secondary roads (90% paved, 10% stills) with very little traffic. It is not a bike lane, but an itinerary on walkable roads even in cars ; it is therefore not suitable for families with children.
