Pozzo Vineyard, in business since 1960, is located near Lake Viverone, in an ideal area for growing vines thanks to the morainic soil and lacustrine microclimate. It produces high-quality wines, including Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG (also sparkling and passito), Canavese DOC Rosso and rosé, as well as grappa made from Erbaluce pomace. The company sells its products in the in-house store and at local restaurants and wine shops. It also grows fruit, especially kiwifruit of the Aiward variety, and has started the experimental cultivation of saffron.
