The farm, located at 1130 meters in the Upper Elvo Valley, is a family business that has been raising Pezzata Rossa d'Oropa cows and goats for four generations, respecting traditions and nature. The animals are fed organic grass and hay and managed with pasture rotation to ensure fresh grass. They produce raw-milk cow's and goat's milk cheeses, aged in stone cellars for at least 60 days, and butter made from cream surfaced. Products are sold directly on the farm, in local markets and at distributors in the area.
