The Farm Albertana, located in Netro in the Elvo valley, produces artisanal goat cheese made from raw milk using exclusively the milk of their own saanen-breed goats. Founded over twenty years ago by Mauro Albertini, the company is renowned for the quality of its products, obtained in a sustainable manner and with a GMO-free power supply. The cheeses, worked raw, can be purchased directly at the company's point of sale.
