Vallini Stone Mill, founded in 1977 by Daniele Vallini, produces organic fares of farro, tender wheat, buckwheat, rice and ancient corn for TeriTori-Network. Transformed from an initial self-consumption activity into a structured enterprise, the mill uses grins of the old water mill of Graglia to clean, grind and package the cereals. Under Alberto's management, the company implemented a photovoltaic plant for sustainable production and obtained biological certification in 2019, introducing a new mold line.
