The mill in the Cerea hamlet of Netro, built in 1886, still retains the original gears and hydraulic derivation works of the time. Rosanna, who grew up within the mill walls, grinds two ancient varieties of Piedmontese corn-the “nostrano dell'isola” and the “pignoletto”-using traditional techniques. In addition to milling, the mill has become a farmhouse where snacks on the farmyard and visits for groups and school groups are organized, and the flour from Mulin 'dla Sareja is sold worldwide, including online.
