Founded in 2014 in Sostegno (Biella), the winery rehabilitates ancient vineyards and orchards, producing wines and products free from synthetic chemicals. The vineyards, located between Sostegno and Curino on volcanic soils, have an extension of 3 hectares and are conducted with traditional methods, certified organic since 2018. Fermentation takes place without selected yeasts or sulfites, with aging in oak barrels. Ancient varieties of apples and pears are grown in the orchards and processed into juices without preservatives. The winery also produces Nebbiolo and apple vinegars.
