Localita: Cossato

The La Bruera farm is closed-cycle, growing grains to feed the pigs, processing the meat and curing the cured meats. Founded in the 1970s, it is located near the Baragge Nature Reserve, where about 200 pigs live in a semi-wild state. The animals are fed on barley and corn grown on the farm and slaughtered according to their growing times. They produce cured meats without preservatives or allergens, including Mula, salam d'lula, potato salami, herb lard, classic salami and the Biellese paletta.
