Caseificio Rosso produces and seasons cheeses typical of Piedmont, made with artisanal processes and 100% Piedmontese milk, collected every morning from local farmers, chosen for the traditional nature of their work and dedication to their animals.
More than 120 years of love for their land and passion for their work have resulted in excellent production. Our cheeses are the expression of a controlled supply chain from pasture to table. Each of our cheeses is followed, step by step, by the expert hands of those who make their work a true passion.
Caseificio Rosso is engaged in a capillary work of valorizing the native breed of Biella, the “Pezzata Rossa d'Oropa,” and its precious milk, the result of a natural diet. All this, with the aim of preserving and re-developing a system of alpiculture that is as ancestral as it is fundamental to the preservation and conservation of the alpine territory and its culture.
