Located in the heart of the green Valsessera, the farm, which opened in 2021, is located a short walk from the road to Noveis. It has two sheds for goats, a barn for cattle and a shed for sheep, with summer pastures below Montebarone. Next to the sheds is the dairy, where milk is processed into fresh and aged cheeses, such as toma, ricotta, blue cheese, and yogurt, sold in the adjacent store. The old structures, once a tavern and bocce court, are surrounded by meadows used as pasture. Tours and tastings are organized, and a “saddle christening” activity for children with a pony is also offered.
