“BEER IN is a project that was born from the most remote underground in one of the most remote towns in the province of Biella.

Very small plant, in a basement in Portula, put on track in 2011 by Gianni, homebrewer and collector of a certain. When in 2015 the small brass plant is definitely caught by the neck, it is then decided to make the “giant leap” by buying a nice brand new 10hl with attached and related equipment and the charming better wing of a former spinning mill acts as a container for the brewery's second act, but with Gianni nearing retirement new oxygen and new levers are needed to move the project along.

And so come the two architects of what Beer In currently is, Luca Fila Robattino moves levers and bags of malt and takes care of production while Davide Canazza takes the reins of the managerial and commercial side of a brewery that in just a few years reaches over 1000hl of annual production and threads a string of successes and accolades from the world of craft beers.”
