The beekeeping of Alexander, born out of passion and respect for the environment, develops on five or six postings between the Elvo valley and the low Serra. With attention to the seasonal rhythms and the needs of his ligustic bees, he produces organic honey and pollen from 2005, following the blooms of acacia, chestnut and mountain milleflowers. The distribution takes place through a local network of shops and direct selling, and Alessandro also organizes beekeeping courses.
