Gribaud, located in the Brughiera, a hamlet of Trivero, was reopened in 2020 by Miriam and Mirko, two young people who are passionate about agriculture. This historic trattoria, active since the early 1900s, offers typical dishes and local specialties in a charming mid-mountain setting, surrounded by nature, and allows visitors to discover Valdilana and its producers.
