The distillery, founded in 2017, is passionately dedicated to the production of grappa, using a wood-fired direct-fire copper still. It focuses on creating products of excellence, using high-quality single-varietal pomace from farms in Piedmont. The grappa undergoes a discontinuous double distillation process, discarding the head and tail parts to ensure maximum quality. You can buy the grappas, both dry and soft, directly from the distillery or taste them in local restaurants and bars.
