The Cascina Angiolina farm is located in Buronzo, in the upper Vercelli area, and was founded in 2014 with the planting of apple trees and subsequent rice production. Marco and Mariarosa cultivate the land they inherited, focusing on organic and sustainable farming methods, avoiding chemicals and using green mulch. Production includes rice with crop rotation and apples processed into compotes, juices and extracts. They obtained organic certification in 2018 and have a laboratory for packaging and processing products. They are available for visits by prior contact and participate in local fairs and markets for sale.
