Founded in 1981 by Gigi Manenti and Cristina Sala in the hills of Sostegno, the company grows fruits and vegetables without the use of chemicals, inspired by the natural processes of the surrounding forests. They have not used fertilizers for 28 years, achieving high productivity and superior organoleptic quality. With the transition to their daughters Marta and Chiara, they have created a laboratory for the production of preserves and juices, also using old varieties of apples. The farm is also an educational farm, promoting sustainable and quality food production.
