Localita: Cossato


This small farm is divided between the plains of Cossato, where they grow grains to produce beer and roasted barley for infusion, and the mountain area of Trivero, where they recover ancient varieties of native apples. Specializing in “closed-cycle” beer production, they use only their own or locally purchased raw materials. Since 2019, the company has been in conversion to organic, although they have never used chemicals.
